Our new Young Company is the perfect opportunity for aspiring actors aged 16–25 to develop their craft, learn new techniques, and gain real experience performing on a professional stage alongside Reading Rep’s productions.

Each session combines skill-building workshops in acting and theatre styles with hands-on creative projects led by industry professionals. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique or begin your professional journey, this is your space to grow, collaborate, and shine.
