Open Auditions for the Jaz Dance Productions Spring 2026 Performance of The Dreaming Princess at the Kenton Theatre Henley, on the 25th/26th April 2026.

All dancers welcome, ages 11+, we are looking for Main Cast, Senior & Junior Ensemble.

Main Cast: Celeste (Principal Female Dancer), Prince (Principal Male Dancer), Ivy (Older Sister), Wizard, Wizard's Wife, Liana/Evelyn/Alice (Sisters)

Read below for storyline:

"The Dreaming Princess tells the story of Celeste, a young girl whose dreams mysteriously come true. Envious of her gift, her older sister’s jealousy drives Celeste into a dark, enchanted forest. There, she meets a cunning wizard who deceives her into servitude in his cottage. With the help of the wizard’s gentle wife, Celeste bravely escapes and wanders deeper into the woods. Lost but hopeful, she encounters a charming Prince whose kindness and courage may finally turn her dreams into reality. A tale of betrayal and destiny unfolds, through JDP's magical dance production."

If successful, rehearsals every Friday 18:30-20:30 (Excluding 20/02/26 & 03/04/26) + a fee of £150 is payable, (£15 a rehearsal) to cover rehearsals/venues/staff costs/costumes.
