The Every Little Thing Festival

On Sunday 10th Sept 2023, it would have been Diva's 30th birthday, and it is also Suicide Prevention Day, so we are coming together as a community to look at what we can do to prevent suicide, sharing strategies, hope, light and connection EVERY LITTLE THING FESTIVAL is so named because when Diva devastatingly died everyone asked why, what had happened, as though it was a singular event that caused her to end her life. The reality was it was a complex mix of every little thing.   

There is also a possibility to support those having difficulties with their mental health with a mix of structured support from services, charities, community and support from loved ones.  

We have some AMAZING speakers lined up, from all sectors of our community to share and educate through their lived experiences and job roles.   DJs and performers will also inspire, enlighten and keep us held in a safe space. We will also have trained professionals on hand in case anyone wants to talk, or needs support during the event. 

Funds are being raised for Papyrus and Suicide & Co as well as raising awareness of the amazing work they and other organisations do to help prevent suicide.
