We're excited to host Jess from Dissent Games for a Board Game Design Workshop! This 2hour event will provide an overview of board game design, prototyping, and testing with others in the group. Participants will also get to take home their prototypes and materials used!

I've never made a board game before!
No worries, Jess has run many workshops before and will guide everyone on the workshop!

What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! If you have any fun ideas, do mention them on the day!
Please note: Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults do not need to purchase a ticket.

We are Dissent Campaigns & Games, and we create games about unusual themes. Many of our games centre around the campaigning sector and positive messages. Our work ranges from workshop games (simple exercises which help frame an idea or structures to roleplay campaigning messages) through to polished, boxed board games on a campaigning theme.
