Apple Day - 15th October 2023

The Community Orchard at the Nature Discovery Centre contains local heritage fruit trees and hedgerows for foraging.

Apple Day is in conjunction with Thatcham Festival, to celebrate our wildlife during harvest season.

Stalls and activities include a live apple-pressing service with My Apple Juice (bring your own apples!), Really Rural Productions storytelling sessions, Kennet Morris Dancers, Boogiemites Nature Music, Boxmoor Yoga, Tutt’s Clump Cider, apple-themed children’s activities, and lots more!
