Coley Park Community Centre 

Coley Park Community Centre can be hired for regular groups/events and parties. It is an accessible single storey building that offers:

• a main hall
• a small hall
• an end suite

The main hall holds 100 people, the small hall holds 50 people and the end suite holds 8 people. The community centre has lots of equipment from folding tables, 190 stacking chairs, kitchen, 3 children's tables and whiteboards. 

You will need to pay a £150 deposit in accordance with the terms and conditions below. The deposit is a separate charge from the private function rates of each room:

Business rate:

• Main Hall  £24 per hour
• Small Hall £22 per hour
• End Suite £22 per hour

Charity & Private function rate:

• Main Hall  £22 per hour
• Small Hall £18 per hour
• End Suite £18 per hour

Voluntary Linked to RBC rate:

• Main Hall £8 per hour
• Small Hall £6 per hour
• End Suite £6 per hour

You will be subject to a security fee of £25 + VAT per booking, or £50 + VAT for public and bank holidays.

For one-off bookings there is an additional charge of 11% on the hire cost for Public Liability Insurance.

This is a non-smoking building, including vaping and e-cigarettes. This includes the grounds of the property, smoking must be outside of the property.
