Sport in Mind course for mums and babies (6 weeks -12 months)
Our sessions are open to mums experiencing low mood, stress, lonely, isolated or a diagnosed mental health condition. The sessions are lots of fun and suitable for all abilities. The sessions are all delivered by a qualified instructor and all equipment will be provided.
Free, gentle movement sessions. Light fitness and exercise circuits for mums and babies. To support mums with their emotional wellbeing.
Also running at Rivermead Leisure Centre.
Sessions run weekly during term time.
