Reading Walks Festival

Reading Walks Festival is back – and tickets are now on sale! From 9–17 May, choose from 40+ guided walks led by local experts, exploring the town’s history, green spaces and waterways. 

This year’s programme includes:

• Early morning dawn chorus walks 

• Relaxed evening strolls around town 

• A drag-led ghost walk with a twist 

• A costumed Tudor tour 

• Walks exploring public art and local heritage

With lots of brand new walks and many themed around Reading’s rivers to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Thames Path, there’s plenty to discover on foot .Most walks cost just £3, with options for families and wheelchair users, starting across Reading and beyond.
