Take time to move and breathe for you and your baby.
Friendly postnatal classes to help you move, build strength and reconnect with your body post pregnancy.
Space for your baby to play and be a part of your movement class.
Jo is a welcoming and experienced pregnancy teacher and fully qualified Doula (birth support coach) who loves to create inclusive and fun classes for mums and their baby.
