With this art project, kids can create fun Easter shapes that are brought to life with pom pom painting. They’ll love this novelty technique and it’s sure to inspire plenty of crafting fun at home, too!

This is a great way for kids to explore their creativity this Easter. They’ll start by cutting out an Easter shape of their choosing and laying it across the canvas. Then they’ll use pegs to pick up their pom pom and dip it in paint, before making a pattern across the canvas by pressing it down like a stamp. When they’ve finished pom pom painting and the shape is pulled away, there will be a blank space in the shape of a chick or a bunny!

One of our expert Hobbycraft colleagues will be on hand to lead your little one through the workshop. The makers can choose from lots of different colours to create their unique design, putting their own stamp on the project effortlessly.

This workshop is designed to help kids of all ages get making. Each maker will be left with a brightly coloured canvas art piece – ready for display! Workshop suitable for ages 3+ years. All kids’ craft workshops require adult supervision. One ticket is required per child.  

Please note: Messy aprons are not supplied. We would recommend bringing your own or wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Additionally, our workshop spaces in some stores are located in open areas and we will endeavour to minimise interruption from other crafters.
